How We Ship Our products are primarily shipped direct from the manufacturer or distributor. Without the expense of buildings, inventory, & overhead, we save money and pass it on to you. We generally ship standard UPS or FedEx Ground. Occasionally we may elect a better method. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Cookbooks are shipped USPS Media Mail. Shipping Times Products usually ship out in 2-6 business days. Custom embroidered items may take longer; please see the specific item description for details. Shipping direct from the manufacturer can on occassion take longer because of peak seasonal demands, large block orders, closings for boat shows, etc. If you have a special deadline need please email us. If there is a delay because of a backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible. 2 Day-Air is available upon request....just email for cost: sandiesgalley@Gmail.com Where We Ship Standard: Contiguous US Alaska, Hawaii & International: We can ship almost anywhere in the world. For Alaska, Hawaii or International, please email us sandiesgalley@Gmail.com with your address and the product(s) and we will reply with shipping costs. Damaged Shipments Products are shipped and properly packaged and protected. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and is insured by them. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier. If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Damage claims are handled through the carrier. Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection. Returns Defective Products: If your product is received defective, please contact us for instructions. All products we carry are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects.
Other Returns: Each manufacturer has their own return policy. Items are subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Returned items must be in original condition, in original packaging, unused, re-salable, with all documentation intact to be eligible for refund or credit. You must email sandiesgalley@Gmail.com and we will request a return authorization number from the Manufacturer. More specific return information is available from the manufacturer as follows.
Sandie's Galley Cookbooks are not returnable unless defective.

Customer and Ship To Addresses In order to place an order on sandiesgalleyandmore.com you will have to give us some personal information. The billing telephone is used, if at all, for communicating with you regarding questions or issues regarding the order. The shipping information you provide is used for product delivery. Sandies Galley and More does not sell or share the personal information you provide to us.
All customer orders including billing and shipping address as well as ship to addresses (other than your own information) are stored in our database. We store these orders for customer service purposes such as returns or customer questions regarding products purchased. We do not market customer e-mail addresses.
Customer Email Addresses We ask for email addresses during the checkout process. This email address is used to communicate shipping information such as tracking numbers or delayed shipments. Email is our preferred method of communication with customers. By excluding your email address you deny yourself order and shipping confirmations. We do not share or sell these email addresses.
